Our Guarantee
 We guarantee our services. If you have any problems after the service call, please contact us as soon as possible. Our Guarantee is valid for only 15-days after initial service is performed. We do not guarantee services after 15-days due to the vast majority of possible issues that can be caused by computer users, power related issues, and other outside interferences. Issues reported beyond 15 days will be repaired and billed as a new service call. Professional I.T. Solutions reserves the right to not honor the 15-Day Guarantee depending on services performed as well as the state of the computer itself. |
